Hi Jo,

There should be a requirement.
That a Australian Contact  Phone Number be provided by 
all auDA Accredited Registrars. 
and 1/contact times should be displayed using Australian Time
    2/contact must be available during normal Australian Business Hours.

I have been dealing with a auDA Accredited Registrar in Bridgetown Barbados.
The service is good apart from the lack of reasonable phone contact.
