Education and training sector response to the proposed .au Dispute Resolution Policy 
(auDRP) and Rules 

The education and training sector suggests that in general, it would be constructive 
to reformat the Rules to provide an overarching framework for arising disputes. 

As a closed domain, the education and training sector requests an opt out option from 
the auDRP, to facilitate the development of a DRP which is more relevant to the sector’s 
context and procedures.
